2008年的司法考试，大家觉得难度大不大？有什么新的特点没有？？
觉得比前两年稍微难点历绝，卷一和卷二有点变晌悉态。卷三看着很容易但很难得高分肢谨姿，卷四的法治理念很是恶心，以后估计还考。
总体来说和去年差不多，题目正常，卷一题目范围很广，但是深度不深。卷二卷三还是像往年一样，看似简单坦旅，法理疑难。政治性论述题以后估正碰计还将涉及，这与中央动态举信谈有关。
不难，和07年的难衫启棚度差不多，就是卷一的题目相对去年来说有点活旁好，卷二有个别题目相对有点片或则，卷三的题目很简单
卷一有些偏题，卷二卷三不是很难，不容易得分。
没想象中那么难，因人而异……不用功的就觉得很难，拼命背条例的就不难……
